Several Exciting Upgrades Planned for 2023

With the new year well underway, our popular Bush resort remains dedicated to enhancing holiday experiences for Timeshare Owners and Rental Guests. To achieve this goal as a resort within the Beekman Managed Portfolio Home Pool, we have plans to enhance the Jungle Zone by adding 2 communal swimming pools and constructing a brand-new café. The resort's restaurant will also be refurbished and some of our existing units will be upgraded.
Brand-new pools to be added at the Jungle Zone
Our resort is blessed with amazing summers, complete with breathtaking landscapes and stunning weather, due to its location. As a result, we are planning to add a new swimming pool area at the Jungle Zone to complement our recently upgraded Splash Kingdom Waterpark. With 1 of the pools set to be temperature-controlled, there will be even more options to bask in the sun or cool off in the pristine waters. The new swimming pools will elevate experiences by spreading out guests - ensuring everyone has more space while enjoying the facilities.
A new culinary experience coming to the Jungle Zone and the Acacia Zone
In addition to the new swimming pool area, the Jungle Zone will also receive a new Jungle Café, to be built adjacent to the existing Jungle Bar with an extended deck. The brand-new Jungle Café will serve light meals (such as burgers, pizzas, and sandwiches) and delicious beverages.
In the latter part of 2023, the Acacia Zone's existing restaurant, Acacia Terrace Café, will be enlarged and refurbished to accommodate more patrons. During the renovation process, the brand-new Jungle Café will continue catering light meals.
Adding exclusivity by upgrading certain units
On the list of remarkable transformations planned for 2023, our much-loved Bush resort is gearing up to transform 4 of our existing units into Premier villas that will exude comfort and sophistication. Planned to take place during Quarter 3 of 2023, the refurbishment project will tackle the installation of ultra-sleek tiling, modern sanware, a 43-inch TV in the main bedroom, and each unit will receive its own private splash pool - the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun in the Pilanesberg!
